We did a lesson on varied textures,we then went round the school taking pictures. I took quite a few as you can see below,I have my favourites such as the 2nd&12th. This Unit was fun considering you have different textures no matter where you go therefore giving you a huge range to choose from, so I just literally took pictures of anything, changing my angle and point of view.
This image is good because not only does it have a medium depth of field and an out of focus foreground it also manages to show the texture of the grass within the background of the image. You can see each strand of grass in clear detail, also the aperture is just right so it lets enough light in to see that it reflects off some of the grass.
Angles
Worm's eye view&Bird's eye view
This photo was taken from a worm's eye view.
in my opinion this photo is good because the effect that the angle gives is that the sign is bigger then it actually is. Also it is focused on one object therefore you will not be distracted by the background.

This photo is not good due to the fact that it does not focus on a specific object. Also there is quite a bit going on. To make this photo better would be to edit the contrast, change the point of view, change the depth of field and capture it from a different angle.
This photo has been taken from a bird's eye view.
I really like this photo because of the depth of field; it blurs out the lock to focus on the fence and the ground which is a good effect.
